Balaklia was released

Balaklia was released.
Balaklia was captured by the Russians on March 3. At the beginning of September, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a successful counteroffensive in the direction of Kharkiv and forced the occupiers to retreat. Balaklia became the first large city of the region, where the Ukrainian flag was raised again. One of the largest bases of the occupiers was located here — while liberating the city, the Ukrainian military destroyed it. The occupiers kidnapped at least twenty local residents. The main place of detention of people was the police department located in the center of Balaklia.
