Sofia Yablonska

She was a travel writer, photographer and journalist. In the late 1920s she emigrated to Paris, became a photo reporter and travelled the world.

Her career took her to Morocco, China, Java, Bali, Tahiti, Sri Lanka, Laos, Cambodia, Australia, the United States and Canada — documenting distant cultures with her camera and her pen.
