Maria Yunak

A Ukrainian painter, graphic and poster artist, a representative of the Ukrainian school of monumental painting. She considered fresco painting to be her life’s work, but was practically deprived of the opportunity to pursue it.

Some of her works were destroyed during the campaign against “boychukism,” and another part was lost during the Second World War.
