Olena Kulchytska
(1877-1967)
Her creative work is extremely multidimensional. This includes painting, decorative arts, easel graphics, and even illustrating printed publications. All her works are very individual and bright. Olena worked at the Lviv Museum of Ethnography, where she collected and draw many samples of national clothing from different regions and different times. She knew the embroidery of each region and villages so perfectly that she could unmistakably recognize from the costume where her owner came from.
